We are a group of avid longboarders from the San Diego area. Our disciplines include, but are not limited to, downhilling, street, vert and parks, slalom, sidewalk surfing and deep carving. We have been in business since 2000 selling only name brand premium longboards and longboard accessories. We decided to begin discounting all of our favorite equipment to consumers so that we could give something back. We realize that the economy shifts every now and then so, we make it easy to get started with the longboard experience. We are working hard everyday to ensure that you are able to keep the savings. Credit Card Security

Therefore, when you make a purchase at LongboardEmpire.com, we protect you and your credit card information by using a secure server. A browser in secure mode will display a URL address beginning "https://" rather than the standard "http://". The "s" stands for "secure." In Netscape NavigatorTM (versions 3.0 and earlier), the broken key symbol in the lower left corner of your browser window will become a solid key in secure mode. Returns
To return an item, you must call us to get a return authorization number and then return the unused merchandise in new condition within 30 days.
· Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date
· All items must be unused and in like-new condition
· Clothing must be unwashed
· All shoes must be unlaced and unworn
· Videos and ramp plans must be unopened

1. Simply pack all items being returned securely in the original package if possible.
2. Enclose a copy of the original packing list and the Return Form with the return merchandise. Be sure to keep the original packing list for your records.

When we receive the return and have determined that it has not been used, we'll refund your credit card account for the full amount, minus the shipping charges (unless it's our fault that you're returning the merchandise). If the item is an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

US Orders
Packages are shipped out on Monday through Friday. We do not ship packages on holidays or weekends.

USA Ground Shipping:
All USA Ground orders received before 5:00 PM Eastern time (4:00 Central, 4:00 Mountain, 2:00 Pacific) will be processed and shipped out the same day. The typical shipping times for these orders are below. When counting shipping days, do not include the day on which it is shipped. Ground shipping times are not guaranteed:
- Most of California (1 day)
- Most of Washington, Oregon, and Arizona (3 days)
- Most of the Midwest, Northeast, Middle Atlantic, Central South (4 days)
- Most of TX, FL, CO, LA, ID, UT, MT, NM, ME, RI, NH, OK, ND, SD (5 days)
USA Next Day:
All USA Next Day orders received before 5:00 PM Eastern time (4:00 Central, 4:00 Mountain, 2:00 Pacific) will be processed and shipped out the same day. That means you will receive your order the next business day by 5:00pm.
USA 2-3 Day:
All USA 2-3 Day orders received before 5:00 PM Eastern time (4:00 Central, 4:00 Mountain, 2:00 Pacific) will be processed and shipped out the same day. Typically these packages take 2 days, however, the service guarantee is 3 days or less. When counting shipping days, do not include the day on which it is shipped.
APO / FPO:
All APO/FPO orders take approximately 7-10 business days to get to the Army Post Office. From our experience it takes 2 to 3 weeks for the Armed Forces postal office to deliver the package.
AK/HI/PR:
If you select ground shipping, your order will be shipped by US Post Office. These orders are delivered to the post office twice weekly and typically take 7-10 days to arrive. If you select OTHER US 2 Day service, your order will ship the same business day via Airborne or UPS. Next Day service is not available for AK/HI/PR destinations.
Canadian Orders
All Canadian order takes approximately 7-14 business days to reach the delivery destination.
Note: If you live in Canada you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
The LongboardEmpire.com Guarantee and Warranties
We guarantee you satisfaction with any purchase made from LongboardEmpire.com. If you are not happy with all or part of your purchase at LongboardEmpire.com, we will refund or credit your credit card account, or exchange the merchandise. All returned items must be unused. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. Videos must be unopened. Shoes must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging. All skateboards must be un-skated and in like new condition.

Warranties: All items we carry are warranted by the manufacturer against manufacturing defects. Note about Decks: all decks will break eventually. If you feel that your deck has broken as a result of a manufactures defect, please contact us for instructions on how to file a claim.
